The website layout organizes the event content into clear sections: overview, schedule, exhibitor facilities, speaker lineup, and news updates. Each block uses consistent spacing, minimal typography, and simple visual patterns so visitors can scan details like dates, locations, and activities without getting lost. The design supports both first-time visitors and returning users by keeping the navigation intuitive and predictable. Working with the team helped align the design with the scale of the event and its expected traffic. The final website provides a stable structure for announcements, supports heavy information flow, and makes it easier for exhibitors and visitors to find exactly what they need.
